You’ve earned your points — now let’s put them to work. Finding the best award flights can be confusing, time-consuming, and stressful. That’s where I come in. I’ll do the research, dig through the award availability across airlines, and find you the best redemption options so you can focus on planning or enjoying your trip.

I handle the research, you enjoy the results. Here’s the four step process:
Step 1: Intake & First Search Fee ($50 non-refundable)
Fill out the detailed intake form, sharing your travel plans, preferred dates, destinations, and points balances.
Pay the non-refundable First Search Fee of $50, which covers the time and resources used for your initial award search.
Payment required to begin work
Step 2: Award Flight Research
I search for award flights that match your preferences.
I may reach out for clarification via email — please check regularly just in case.
Step 3: Confirm Options & Final Payment ($150)
If suitable flights are found, I’ll confirm the options availability with you.
You’ll then receive an invoice for the remaining balance ($150), which is only due if award availability matches your needs.
Step 4: Booking Support
Once full payment is received, I provide step-by-step instructions or schedule a live call/screen share to guide you through booking your award flight.
Award space is limited and can disappear quickly. You need to be responsive and quick to respond to emails and to book award space.
Award flight availability is not a guarantee. I help you find award availability but cannot create availability or guarantee specific dates, point prices, or flight options.
You are responsible for booking your own flights. A call can be scheduled to walk you through the process but to protect your privacy, it is your responsibility to book your own flights. .
Point transfers may not post instantly to your airline account. This is outside of mine or your control. If the flight is unavailable when your points arrive, I am not responsible.
This package covers round-trip flights for 2 travelers. Additional passengers can be added for a fee of $30 per person.
This package covers economy and premium economy flights. Business class and more complex flight are available at an additional cost ($100 for business/first class flights for 2 people, $50 per additional person).
Expect to hear from me within 72 hours of submitting your intake form. I may reach out sooner if there is award flights available or if I have any additional questions.
